Rumo was built on a simple belief: the most important conversations about your career deserve continuity. Not a fresh start every time you open a new chat window. Not advice from a model that has never met you.

How It Works
Every conversation builds on the last.
When you sit down with Rumo, it already knows your goals, your patterns, the commitments you made last week, and whether you followed through. It knows your communication style and what kind of pushback helps you think clearly.
Sessions come in three forms. Weekly check-ins keep you accountable and moving. Quarterly reviews step back to look at the bigger arc. Ad hoc sessions meet you in the moment, whenever something comes up.
Between sessions, Rumo tracks the patterns that emerge in how you lead, decide, and communicate. It surfaces them when they matter. Not as data points, but as observations from a coach who has been paying attention.

Is Rumo a real coach?
Rumo is an AI coach built on Claude by Anthropic. It's not a chatbot with coaching prompts bolted on. Every session draws on your full history, your goals, your patterns, and your career context to deliver coaching that's specific to you. It won't replace a human coach for everyone. But for many people, it's more accessible, more available, and more consistent.
What does Rumo remember?
Everything you share. Your career profile, your goals, the patterns your coach has observed, your commitments, and the full arc of every session. When you come back next week or next quarter, Rumo picks up where you left off.
How is this different from using AI tools for career advice?
Most AI tools start fresh every time. Rumo doesn't. It tracks your goals across sessions, notices patterns in how you lead and communicate, holds you accountable to your commitments, and adjusts its coaching style to what works for you. The difference is continuity.
Is my data private and secure?
Your sessions are private. Rumo cannot read your coaching sessions. Nobody can. Your data is stored securely in Supabase and is only accessible to you when you're logged in.
Nothing trains AI models. Your conversations are used in the moment to generate coaching responses. They are never used to train Claude or any other AI model.
You can delete everything. Go to Profile → Account to permanently delete your data and your account. When you delete, it's gone.
The AI is Claude by Anthropic. Rumo uses Anthropic's API to power coaching conversations. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how API data is handled. You can read it at anthropic.com/privacy.
No ads, ever. Rumo doesn't have advertisers and never will.
